Capsule Resume
Mr. Bricker is a professional ecologist with over 20 years experience in completing terrestrial habitat inventories, environmental impact assessments and opportunities/constraints analysis for a wide variety of urban development projects. He has managed and been a key participant in numerous projects including subwatershed impact studies, secondary plan studies, environmental impact studies (wetlands, ESA's), environmental implementation plans for residential subdivisions, biological monitoring programs, site restoration/management plans, and environmental assessments for Provincial/Municipal Road projects. Mr. Bricker has successfully provided expert witness testimony on numerous occasions before the Ontario Municipal Board and the Niagara Escarpment Hearing Office on behalf of private and public sector clients. |
