Capsule Resume

Andrew joined LGL in 2007 after working for academic, governmental (national and international), and private sectors. His expertise is in applying GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote Sensing techniques to collect, maintain, and display digital field data in simple formats such as databases and maps. He specializes in monitoring community change in marine and freshwater habitats in relation to various environmental influences. Andrew has also served as a marine technician on a research vessel in the Gulf of Mexico working with various academic, government (U.S. government), and private sector scientists and engineers. There he managed and collected coastal environmental data for various research in support of their research programs. He has experience is using CTDs, ADCPs, and other environmental sensors. Andrew served as a ecological consultant in the private sectors where he conducted many environmental assessments for dredging permits; the Metal Mining Effluent Regulation, and for Certificate of Approval amendments.
