Christa L. Rigney, B.Sc. (Zoology) is an Invertebrate Biologist and Environmental Planner for LGL's Ontario Group. She has been involved in over 75 Class Environmental Assessments for provincial highways and municipal roads, as well as watermain and sewer projects. She has over 5 years experience in environmental consulting working as a biologist and entomologist, and has been involved in a variety of aquatic and terrestrial field investigations. She is experienced in environmental planning and design, including public and agency consultation, permits and approvals, evaluations and environmental document preparation. Ms. Rigney has also managed several provincial and municipal roadway environmental assessment studies, and is bilingual in English and French.
