Capsule Resume
Ms. Speller has over eight years of experience as an environmental planner. She has been involved in over 55 individual and class environmental assessments for provincial highways and municipal roads, as well as rapid transit and municipal water/wastewater projects. She has managed projects, been involved in environmental planning and design, conducted and coordinated natural and social sciences inventories, provided mapping services, organized and participated in public and external agency consultation including facilitation, identified impact assessment and mitigation measures, prepared environmental documentation, and secured technical environmental approvals and authorizations. Prior to joining LGL, Ms. Speller worked as a watershed resource planner at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and was involved in conservation land planning, waterfront planning, watershed strategy development, and public consultation. |
