Capsule Resume

Heather Rodriguez, Environmental Planner, holds an M.Sc. in Rural Planning and Development and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and Anthropology. Prior to joining LGL, Heather worked as a data and policy analyst on energy projects across Ontario, including Corporate Energy Management Plans for municipalities. Her education specialized in provincial policy analysis and impact assessment evaluation. As a student land use planner, she was involved with assessing land use factors, preparing permit approvals, planning deliverables, and preparing reports for development projects across the GTA. Heather has participated in public consultation on various projects, including stakeholder engagement.
